Lies flat, no supports needed. For multi-color, use the 3MF — it imports as a single object whose parts (base, water, roads, monorail, buildings, title) each take their own filament assignment. Ignore any "not created by X" notice; it's a standard vendor-neutral 3MF. The STL is one fused piece for single-color prints (or layer-height color swaps: water +0.4 mm, roads +0.8 mm — but those stripe anything passing through that height).
